I always use this company when I travel to gold coast. You don't get the latest cars but they are clean, reliable and have A/C which is all I need. Id rather spend my money on eating out and exploring the Gold Coast. The service is also very friendly and they are a family run business which I'm happy to support. They also recommend places to visit and things to do and there are plenty of brochures of places to explore.

Always so polite to deal with. Very reasonable rates. Your details stay on file, making future rentals so quick and easy. I always use them when on gold coast. Easy drop off and collect at airport. Located in the access road a super short 🚶.

I've spent many years renting cars from this business. This business is the jewel in the crown for the most affordable rental cars on the Gold Coast. They, are the real deal because they are family owned and reputation is so important to them. I don't even consider the others. To anybody reading this post it's Economy Rental Cars NOT Economy Car Rentals. Don't be fooled by the names and you will be delighted with what they have to offer. Thanks, to Ian and Annmarie Webster (the owners) and their team of employees for their exceptional service and reliable cars they've provided me over the years which has made the Gold Coast such a joy to visit!

Easy as to deal with. Staff are awesome people! Found it cheaper to ring them directly than use the compare sites. Car was abit old and on the rougher side of life but for what we paid and last minute was a good deal.

These guys are great. The location is convenient, so you get lower rates than the big companies, and don't have to go out of your way to find them. They're in the parking lot of the airport. Ann-Marie was superb in giving me local knowledge and honest feedback about touristic things. Ian has gone beyond the call of duty to return my expensive sunglasses to me, that I left in the rental. Even so much as to offer shipping them to me in the US. Thanks!
