| I just wanted to write and express our appreciation for your excellent service and value for money.
After extensive research I was surprised to find a hire car company which really doesn't have any hidden extras, and offered a broad insurance policy (very unusual as I discovered) which provided peace of mind and offered excess reduction at a very competitive price. There was no mandatory credit card requirement for the driver, no extra cost for additional drivers or street directory. It almost seemed too good to be true, until we arrived and were efficiently greeted by one of your friendly staff. Within minutes we were on our way in a lovely new car with a minimum of fuss.
Thanks again for exceeding our expectations. We will be recommending you to our friends and family and look forward to seeing you on our next visit to the Gold Coast.
